This is such a great article, Chaitali (your best one, in my opinion). I loved all the relatable lessons, even as a non parent, and it gives me a lot more insight into how you became a great leader. Thanks a lot for the read!

Absolutely inspiring story from you and your daughter, Chaitali. Thank you for sharing it with us. As a parent and someone navigating both IC and EM paths mid-career, it really resonated with me. Wishing you and Saanvi all the best ahead.

At the start I was curious how a daughter can be a role model to experienced professional and manager. Not one or two or three lessons but ten lessons. As the saying goes "Dont judge a book by its cover". I couldn't stop reading and I enjoyed and assimilated every bit of this. I wish it continued. All I can say is kudos to you for this valuable leadership lessons. It's a difference.

Loved the analogy and authenticity !! Leadership and life are always mutually exclusive when it comes to learnings. Thanks for taking time and connecting the two worlds together !!
