When our Media Quality lab started seeing increased demand, Denis Tosic raised the request to me for a contractor to manage the lab systems. This investment helped us keep up with the lab operations while letting the team focus on other features and improvements.

This ask shows you're thinking about resource management and creative problem-solving. Many managers appreciate when team members identify solutions to capacity problems rather than just complaining about being busy.
Even if the answer is no, youโve shown initiative and business acumen. Leaders remember that.
